Poppies

Join us for another rehearsed reading of a Gay Sweatshop classic. Noel Greig’s queer, anti-war text was born of cold war fears of the early 80s and explores how men kill each other because they do not know how to love.

The reading will be rehearsed in the morning and then open for a public reading in the afternoon. It will be directed by writer and filmmaker, David McGillivray.

The Albany, Douglas Way, Deptford 12.45 for 1pm start. (Play lasts approximately 90 minutes)

Tickets are free but need to be booked in advance
