Join us as we reimagine the music hall tradition and create a new show to be performed at Greenwich Theatre in autumn 2026.
Any Old Iron is our latest project inviting participants to co-create a modern, queer update of the music hall show. Along the way we will be investigating the LGBTQ+ presence in music hall and the later move to variety shows and contemporary cabaret. We will be joined by artist and performer Kit Green (Ida Barr, Tina C.) who will be bringing her knowledge of music hall and supporting and mentoring participants through the creative process.
We will be launching the new project with an informal workshop with Kit and the Bijou team at The Albany on 25th March where you can find out more about the project, meet the team and take part in some fun workshop activity. Get your free ticket here

You don’t need any previous experience to take part in the project.
It’s fine if you want to come along to the workshops but not be on stage at public performances.
You don’t need to commit to attending all the sessions.
If you can’t come to this workshop there will be plenty more opportunities to get involved
